In the last five years our two aggregate sites, Stony Point Rock Quarry and Soils Plus, have diverted over 500,000 tons of recycle concrete & other recyclable materials from landfills, making Soiland Company one of the largest rubble recyclers in the North Bay.
At Stony Point Rock Quarry we accept tile, block, brick, and porcelain (such as toilets and sinks) from local homeowners and contractors and recycle them into sustainable, affordable products for our customers.
When a contractor or homeowner brings in their recyclable materials into the quarry we use various techniques to separate, screen, and process the material into products such as our 3/4″ Class 2 Recycle Aggregate Base.
Drop off guidelines:
Every load that is brought into our facility is inspected. Any materials contaminated with soil or unsuitable materials are rejected. We reserve the right to reject any load brought to our quarry.
Please note that as of 1/10/16 Stony Point Rock Quarry is no longer accepting Asphalt Shingles for recycling.
Drop off fees:
Concrete, Asphalt, Tile – $25.00 per ton $25 minimum charge
Brick, Granite, and Countertop Slab Material – $30.00 per ton $30 minimum charge
Slurry – Please call for pricing
Porcelain – no charge
Drop off Hours:
We accept drop-offs from homeowners and contractors Monday-Friday, from 7am-3:00pm.
We do not accept:
